In short, my personal philosophy of art is that it reflects the artist’s soul and should be accessible to everyone.

Art is a way for the artist to express their innermost thoughts and feelings, and to share them with others. I use my passion and art of animals, whether wild or domesticated, and the fact that they share their lives with or around us in their own or within our habitats – it is about increasing their awareness, presence, companionship and elegance, into something that is true to the artist’s vision and soul, and that will resonate with others.

I believe that everyone has their own unique view and experiences of animals and their natural habitats and existence, and that art should reflect that. There are no “right” or “wrong” ways to create art – it is all about what works for the artist and what they are trying to communicate. Art should be a true expression of who the artist is and should be something that they are passionate about.

To me art should be accessible to everyone. It should not be exclusive or elitist – it should be something that everyone can enjoy and appreciate. Art should make people feel something, whether it is happiness, sadness, anger, or anything in between. It should be a force for good and should bring people together.
